Affordable Dental Care in St. Louis – Payment Information
Our St. Louis dental office wants all of our patients to be able to comfortably afford dental care. We proudly offer the following financial policy so that our patients can have the opportunity to decide which payment options best suit your needs:
PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Cash or check we are happy to offer an 5% pre-payment courtesy for all treatment paid in full in advance of treatment.

Credit Card. Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

Payment Plans. Care Credit or Medical Financing – A dental line of credit that can be applied through our office with either of our outside financing companies. Care Credit is a 12 month interest free credit card with payments being made directly to the finance company. The interest after 12 months is approximately 9.9%.

Senior Citizen Discount. As a courtesy to anyone over 65 years or older, we will gladly discount your fee by 5% if services are paid at the time of treatment.

Insurance
Our Saint Louis dental office will gladly work with you to help get the maximum benefit available to you. Most dental insurance plans do NOT cover 100% of your cost of treatment. Because of this, you will be asked to pay your deductible and your copayment for the charges on the day the service is rendered, unless prior financial arrangements have been made.
Because the insurance policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company, the ultimate responsibility for all charges lies with you. If after 60 (sixty) days the insurance company has not paid on the claim, you will be responsible for the total balance.
